Today’s Weight: 128 lbs.
Weight Loss: 0 this week, 2 total

Gym Visits: 4
Tuesday – Morning workout, cardio + arms
Wednesday – Yoga
Thursday – Morning workout, cardio
Sunday — Yoga

Healthy Foods:
I definitely ate a lot of food last weekend with my friends in town, but tried to do a little better through the week. My goal for this week is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
