It's Crunch Time, People.

Today is September 10th, which means I have exactly ONE MONTH until the Baltimore Half Marathon.

I confess I haven’t stuck to the training schedule perfectly, but I am starting to feel a little more comfortable about the race. And by that I mean I haven’t had any nightmares lately (ex: waking up thinking it’s race day on week four of my training; dreaming I fail and cannot finish even four miles in the race). I am going to credit September for helping calm my nerves and give me confidence–it arrived with low humidity and cool weather. I cannot tell how much that helps!

Here’s my plan for the next month:
Saturday Sept 12: 11 miles

Week of Sept 13-18:
-5 miles
-3 miles
-4 miles
-yoga 2x
Saturday Sept. 19: 12 miles

Saturday Sept. 26: 9 miles

Week of Sept. 27-Oct. 2:
-5 miles
-3 miles
-5 miles
-yoga 2x
Saturday Oct. 3: 8 miles

Week of Oct 4-9:
-4 miles
-2 miles
-yoga 2x
Saturday October 10th: 13.1 miles

Total miles in next month: 97.1
