Gym Visits: 3
Monday — Yoga
Tuesday — Morning spin class
Wednesday — lift weights at home
Thursday — Morning workout

Healthy Foods:
I did pretty well this week! I counted my calories a few days and tried to get in more fruits and vegetables than I normally do.
