Happy Weekend!

Happy Friday, everyone! Can I get an Amen that this busy week is over? :)

I am so excited about this weekend. It is supposed to be chilly (!) so will turn off our AC for the year, open our windows, and catch up on what feels like a billion household chores that have been patiently waiting for my attention. Chores like doing laundry, switching summer/winter clothes, autumn-decorating, running errands, deep-cleaning the apartment, and buying groceries for our empty fridge and cabinets. It’s also been literally three weeks since I cooked an actual meal (sorry J!), so I look forward to cooking something slow and delicious for these chilly days ahead.

Here’s an update on those Happy Pounds I talked about Tuesday:

Workouts:
I only worked out hard-core once this week (Wednesday am) and have tried to sneak in exercise by taking one-mile walks each afternoon as a little break from the office. I am hoping to fit in some exercise this weekend. :)

Diet:
I started updating my calories on My Fitness Pal, and since Tuesday have been under my goal weight of 1,300 calories (more if I worked out).

This Week’s Win:
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich instead of regular fried sandwich at Chick-fil-A (aka the biggest sacrifice ever).
