I’ll keep this short and sweet: I’m so pumped about this weekend. Not only is it an escape from my tiring workload, but I am traveling to the countryside with my sisters and some of my dearest friends. I’ll be sure to bring my camera so I can report on all our fun ventures.
Here’s my Friday Happy Pounds Update:
Fitness: Went on an hour hike last weekend, did 90 minute yoga, walked for about 20 minutes during each lunch break at work, and a few nights before bed I did crunches and pushups.
Diet: Pretty good! The upside of being so busy is that you accidentally work through lunch and forget until your stomach is growling in a 4:30 meeting.
This week’s win: Simply surviving. :)
