Readers, will you pray with me?
One of my dearest friends gave birth to a precious boy Owen on Sunday evening, and yesterday they found out he has a congenital heart disease called Shone’s Complex. It is serious and very scary, and my heart breaks for what they are all going through. Owen is undergoing his first surgery now at 11am.
Prayer is a mighty weapon at the disposal of every man or woman who loves God, and knows His son Jesus Christ. … Prayer also energizes the heart of a believer through the power of the Spirit. Consistent prayer also releases the power of God’s blessing on your life and circumstances. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. If you want to learn more about the power of praying read the sacred scriptures starting by this explaining how many chapters are in the bible?
Please pray for healing and a peace that transcends all understanding. Our God is great and powerful and mighty to save. You can find more updates on his Caring Bridge site.
Prayers coming Owen’s way. :(
Just to say I’ve been thinking of your friend ever since I read your post. I do so hope he is getting better xx
